This hotel is amazing with courteous employees in particular front office manager Rebecca Caplinger. Incredibly beautiful views of the mountains from our beautiful and impressive room. A bathroom is equipped with a Jacuzzi. The location is beautiful, 1 mile from Mansion. We recommend the property to family and friends.

Ok
They should have more control over the entry of guests into the hotel. Last night there was a scandal in the next room at approximately 11:30 PM. There were several drunk and/or drugged men who were screaming, but one of them (I understand he was the youngest) was crying and refusing to have sex. The truth looked like rape because of the young man's screaming and crying. I had to call the reception three times for security to act accordingly because the first two times they came up they were only warned but after three minutes they started the scandal again. I don't know what the procedures or protocol are for this type of case, but I think they should act more drastically. . When everything finished (around 12:30) I spent 2 hours without being able to sleep. Luckily it didn't go any further, but it could have been more serious if, for example, one of the people involved had been armed. Please pay more attention to the entrance of the guests. Personally, I would not have liked my wife or daughter to have heard the amount of vulgarity that was being shouted. For everything else I like the hotel and its services. I'm sure it was just an accident but, very annoying.

Location was convenient to good restaurants.
Staff at the front desk is not customer oriented. Air conditioner in rooms does not cool to thermostat setting. Just an average hotel in comfort, service and amenities.

The location and the clean comfortable bed.
Volume on TV was to low. The morning of departure was pure hell catching an elevator. Lobby was full of new sofas and the delivery guys hogged the elevator. I had to wait way too long with someone waiting for me in P-2.

Our room was clean and comfortable.
The tv channels were few and there was no guide. Price was a little too high for what we got. No free breakfast included. The one time we did go to breakfast at the Antlers Grill it was expensive, but the man fixing the omletes and waffles was great.

The location is excellent right in a walkable downtown area, so super convenient. The staff were very nice and hospitable. The on-site restaurant and pub are a plus.
I travel for business a lot, so have been in a lot of hotels. Our room was the smallest I have ever been in with definitely the smallest bathroom (the door hits the toilet as you walk in). The air conditioning was very poor, so had a miserable two nights' sleep. The hallway smelled like someone recently vomitted, and it was not deodorized as I'd expect, so we smelled it both days we were there. Both rooms I booked on Booked.net were the same size, both with the head of the bed against the elevator wall. 1007 and 5007. For the expense, very disappointing.

Comfortable bed in a clean and quiet room.
Parking is $17 dollars a night. The patron receives a parking ticket upon entering the basement garage. The hotel then validates the ticket and the patron uses the same ticket to exit the garage. Two of the four times I tried to exit the garage, the validation wasn't processed by the ticket machine and I had to use my credit card to pay the fee. The hotel was very nice about deducting the fee from my bill, but it was a hassle to exit the garage, find on street parking and walk back to the front desk to resolve the issue. I realize it's not the hotel's fault that the machine doesn't always read the validation, but it's a system that should be more accurate.

great location, excellent staff
No exhaust fan in bathroom, Wrong remote for TV, bathroom door didn't shut right and lock right. The shower curtains were too short and got water all over floor. The rollaway bed was very uncomfortable until comforters were put on bottom.

The location and view were the hotel's strongest points.
This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and both times it has had mechanical issues. On my first stay our shower leaked uncontrollably and the second time our AC was broken. Our corner suite ended up being 2 single rooms converted into one larger room.
